Terms of Use

This User Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Chillin Bing Tech OÜ (hereinafter referred to as "Chillin Bing", "we" or "our company"). This Policy aims to regulate the rules for your use of our services provided on the official website, applications, games, and through applications or any platform (collectively referred to as the "Services" in this Policy). Please read this Policy carefully. You can only use our Services after reading and agreeing to this Policy. If you object to any part of this Policy, please stop using our Services immediately.

(1) Service Content

We offer a range of casual game services, including but not limited to game download, installation, online gaming experience, and in-game purchases. We are constantly committed to updating and optimizing the Services to provide a better user experience, such as introducing new game content, optimizing game performance, and enriching game gameplay.

(2) User Eligibility

Age Requirement: To use Chillin Bing's Services, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 13 years old, please do not use our Services. For users between 13 and 18 years old, you should ensure that you have obtained the consent of your legal guardian before using the Services.

Account Registration: When using some Services, you may need to register an account. During registration, you need to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, such as name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for the security of your account information, including the password, and should not share it with others. You will be liable for any activities conducted through your account. Chillin Bing will not be liable for any losses or damages caused by your failure to protect your account information.

Compliance with Laws: During the use of the Services, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Hong Kong and our company's relevant regulations. You shall not use the Services for any illegal or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to infringing on the rights of others or disseminating illegal content.

Account Nature: User accounts are for personal use only and shall not be transferred, sold, rented, or shared with others. If we find that your account is being used by an unauthorized third party, Chillin Bing has the right to suspend or terminate the account and take necessary measures to protect the rights and interests of other users.

Use Permission: We grant you permission to use the Services. This permission is personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and is only for personal entertainment purposes. Without the explicit written consent of Chillin Bing, you shall not use the Services for any commercial purposes, such as making a profit through live streaming of games or using game content for advertising.

Eligibility Confirmation: By using Chillin Bing's Services, you confirm that you meet all the above eligibility criteria. If you do not meet any of the criteria, you are not entitled to use our Services. Chillin Bing reserves the right to update and modify the user eligibility terms at any time.

You agree that if Chillin Bing, at its sole discretion, determines that you have violated the user code of conduct, we have the right to take corresponding measures, including but not limited to restricting your access to the violated content, suspending or terminating your account, and prohibiting you from using some or all of the Services.

When using the Services, please ensure to avoid the following behaviors:

- Disseminating Inappropriate Content: Do not transmit, publish, or display any offensive content, including but not limited to harmful, threatening, insulting, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hate speech, pornographic content, or discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, or gender. When communicating with other users, do not use uncivil, insulting, or discriminatory language.

- Infringing on Others' Privacy: Without the explicit written consent of other users, do not disclose their personal information, such as name, contact information, and location information, in the game and related services. However, users can share their own personal information.

- Infringing on Intellectual Property Rights: Do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents. Without authorization, do not upload, publish, or distribute copyrighted content, such as pirated games, unauthorized music, or images.

- Illegal Activities: Do not use the Services for any illegal activities, such as gambling, money laundering, or fraud. Do not organize or participate in any illegal groups or activities.

- Destroying Game Fairness: Do not cheat in the game, such as using cheating software or taking advantage of game loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Do not engage in any behavior that destroys the fair competition environment of the game, such as maliciously increasing scores or manipulating game results.

- Commercial Abuse: Do not use the Services for unauthorized commercial activities, such as advertising in the game or selling virtual items in exchange for real-world benefits.

Interfering with Service Operation: Do not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Services, such as launching hacker attacks or sending a large number of spam emails to cause server crashes. Do not attempt unauthorized access to the servers, databases, or other system components of the Services.

If we have reason to believe that you have violated or breached any provision of this Policy, we have the right to take action at any time, including terminating your account and prohibiting you from using all or part of the Services (including but not limited to deleting your account). If we suspend or terminate your account, you will no longer be able to access the account and any content associated with it. As mentioned above, Chillin Bing and third-party e-commerce payment providers will not refund you for the virtual currency or virtual items you have earned, developed, or purchased in the game.

All content in the Services, including but not limited to game software, text, graphics, audio, video, trademarks, and logos, is protected by Hong Kong intellectual property laws and is owned by Chillin Bing or the relevant licensors. Without our prior written permission, you shall not:

- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any content in the Services.

- Distribute, disseminate, sell, rent, license, or transfer the content of the Services in any form.

- Use the content of the Services for commercial purposes, including but not limited to creating derivative products or conducting advertising.

- Delete or tamper with any copyright notice, trademark logo, or other intellectual property notice in the content of the Services.

We grant you a limited permission to use the content of the Services during the use of the Services, solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Policy. We have the right to analyze and use any data and records generated by you during the use of the Services to improve the quality of the Services and optimize the user experience.

We attach great importance to user privacy. For the specific privacy policy, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to our processing of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We promise to take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, please note that due to the complexity of the network environment, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information. You should bear certain risks when using the Services.

(1) Service Availability

We make every effort to ensure the stable operation of the Services. However, we cannot guarantee that the Services will be available at all times and on all devices. The Services may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, network problems, or other unforeseeable reasons. We will try our best to notify users in advance of planned maintenance and upgrades. However, for service interruptions caused by unexpected situations, we may not be able to provide timely notice.

(2) Content Accuracy

We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information, content, and materials provided in the Services, such as game introductions, rule descriptions, and virtual item descriptions. However, we do not provide any express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, and timeliness of the content. We will not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by users due to their reliance on the content in the Services.

(3) Third-Party Content and Links

The Services may contain content provided by third parties or links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, security, or reliability of third-party content, nor are we responsible for the privacy policies or service terms of third-party websites. You access third-party content and links at your own risk, and we do not guarantee that third-party services are fully compatible with our Services.

(4) Service Risk Assumption

You assume the risks of using the Services. The Services are provided "as is", and we do not provide any form of warranty, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages caused by the use of the Services, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, profit loss, or business interruption, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such losses or damages.

(1) Nature of Virtual Items and Currency

In-game virtual items and currency ("virtual items" and "virtual currency") are part of the Services and are only for use within the game. Virtual items and virtual currency have no real-world currency value and shall not be exchanged for real currency or other items of actual value.

(2) Purchase and Use Rules

You can use real currency to purchase virtual currency and use virtual currency to purchase virtual items. The purchase of virtual items and currency is subject to this Policy and the specific provisions on the relevant purchase page. Before purchasing, please carefully confirm the purchase information, including the quantity and price of virtual items and currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

(3) Management of Virtual Items and Currency

We have the right to adjust the quantity, value, acquisition methods, and use rules of virtual items and currency according to the needs of game operation. We will try our best to notify users of such adjustments in advance. We reserve the right to manage, supervise, control, modify, and delete virtual items and currency. We will not be liable for any losses caused to you by the above adjustments.

(4) Account Termination and Virtual Items

If your account is terminated due to a violation of this Policy or other reasons, all virtual items and currency in your account will be deemed to be automatically forfeited, and we have the right to dispose of them without providing any compensation.

All purchases made on our game platform, including virtual items, in-game currency, subscription services, and downloadable content, are final and non-refundable. Regardless of the reason, if you are dissatisfied with the purchased virtual items or currency, change your mind, or make an accidental purchase, we will not provide a refund service. Please consider carefully and confirm the purchase information before purchasing. Once the purchase is completed, the transaction is irrevocable.

If you encounter technical problems during the purchase process that result in abnormal payments, such as double charging, please contact our customer service team in a timely manner. We will verify the situation and take corresponding measures to solve the problem. However, we will not provide a refund, but will ensure that you receive the corresponding virtual items or currency or correct the abnormal payment to protect your rights and interests.

Right to Change

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services at any time, including adjustments to game content, functional features, and operation modes.

Change Notification

Major changes will be notified 30 days in advance through in-game announcements or registered email. Regular updates will take effect immediately upon release.

Service Termination

If we terminate the operation of the Services, we will:

- Announce it 90 days in advance

- Provide a discount plan for unused virtual currency

- Open the basic data export function

Negotiation for Resolution

If any dispute arises between you and Chillin Bing Tech OÜ due to this Policy or the use of the Services, the two parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation. You can contact us through our customer service email (to be determined), and we will reply within 15 working days after receiving the complaint.

Arbitration Clause

If the negotiation fails, the two parties agree to submit the dispute to the Tallinn Arbitration Court in Estonia for arbitration. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties. The arbitration language is English, and the arbitration costs shall be borne by the losing party.

Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. If the arbitration clause is found to be invalid for any reason, the two parties agree that the Harju County Court of Estonia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Parental Control

We recommend that guardians enable the parental control function for minors' devices. If it is found that a minor has made an in-game purchase without consent, the guardian can provide relevant proof to apply for the cancellation of the transaction.

Content Rating

Our game content complies with international age rating standards (such as PEGI 7). Parents can restrict the use of social functions through in-game settings.

Modification Notification

Major changes to the terms will be notified at least 30 days in advance through the following methods:

Update on the official website notice board

Effective Time

Regular updates will take effect from the date of release. Major changes involving user rights and interests will have a 30-day transition period.
